Hotel Booking FAQ

Go to Mesarat Al-Makhtalafa and enter your travel criteria in the “search for hotels” box.

No, bookings are for one-night minimum stays only. We currently do not support booking of hotel facilities or meeting rooms, conference rooms, business centers or any other facilities.

As soon as you have completed the booking process, you will receive an email from Mesarat Al-Makhtalafa with booking details as confirmation. We will also send you a voucher with all your booking information.

All facilities listed under the room type are included in the room price. To see the facilities, click on the room name. You can see if breakfast or taxes and such are included. This information will also be in your confirmation email and voucher.

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the available accommodation types are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them. You might see that the same accommodation type has a different rate based on different conditions, such as occupancy or inclusions or booking conditions.

You will see the total inclusive price prior to confirming your booking. Display settings may vary, but this will at the latest show on the final booking page. This information will also be in your confirmation email and voucher.

That depends on the hotel and the room type. You can see if it is included by checking the text just below the room name. This information will also be included in your confirmation email.

Information regarding children is located under ‘hotel policies’, and added costs for children, if any, are not included in the reservation price.

Yes! Search as usual for a destination with your travel dates. Once you have your search results, sort the results by ‘price’.

When entering your destination in the search box, you can indicate the number of guests (adults and children) you are travelling with. The results shown will then be limited to those that match your specific requirements.

ou can always use the filters to find the accommodation that has the specific facilities you require. If you are still not able to find the right accommodation for you, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes, our customers should have the choice of either booking on our website or, if they prefer, over the telephone. Click here (contact us) for more information.

Yes you can. You may make the reservation online or via our customer service team. 

Please, provide complete information. 

In fact, mesaratalmakhtalafa.com uses different hotel suppliers to give you the best prices and ongoing availability. Prices can change regularly based on supply and demand, hotel availability and currency fluctuations. However, the price will not change after we receive the payment, thus we encourage you to place your reservation immediately.

Please be aware that room size, design, fixtures, furnishings and facilities may vary from those shown on the photographs. Also please note that some hotels don’t make modifications for a while that’s why the photos may differ from the real.

Most hotels will allow check in at any time during the day. however, check out is usually restricted to a specific time. Please consult your hotel and check their check out policy. However, for late check in please contact the hotel directly and inform them with the situation, because some hotels consider it as “No show”.

You do not need to re-confirm your booking either with us or with the hotel directly. If you have any questions related to your booking before your departure please contact our customer services team who will be happy to help.

You will receive a confirmation email and voucher; print it before your departure and show it to the hotel receptionist to avoid any inconvenience. Some hotels ask for a valid credit card for any optional charges/fees.

Generally, your name will be sent within 72 hours before your arrival date. Please rest assured that the room is booked and we will be sending the guest names closer to the arrival date.

Most of our hotel rooms will be held until 5am the following morning. However on certain occasions, the hotel will hold your reservation until 00.01 the day after your check in date. If your delay means that you will be arriving later than midnight we recommend you to either contact our customer services team or the hotel directly in order to make arrangements to hold your room for longer.

Once your booking is complete, we will send the voucher that includes the hotel address, phone number and reference number. It is your responsibility to arrange travel to and from the hotel.

If you would like to include transport service with your hotel booking, charges for transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport will be added to your hotel booking invoice.
